Fablux Wigs Academy Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: October 5, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Fablux Wigs Inc website and your purchase, access, or participation in online courses, digital products, in-person classes, workshops, and other educational services offered by Fablux Wigs Inc (“Fablux,” "Fablux Wigs Academy "“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing our website, purchasing a product or course, registering for a class, or using our educational materials, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not purchase or use our products, courses, classes, or services.

1. Educational Purpose

Fablux Wigs Academy provides education and training related to wig making, sewing-machine wig construction, wig-making techniques, and related beauty-business topics.

Our courses and classes are designed to provide instruction, demonstrations, guidance, and opportunities to develop your skills.

Purchasing or completing a Fablux course or class does not guarantee mastery of a particular skill, business success, employment, clients, sales, revenue, or any specific financial result. Individual results depend on factors including practice, experience, implementation, market conditions, and individual circumstances.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to make a purchase through our website.

If a purchaser is under the legal age required to enter into a contract in their jurisdiction, a parent or legal guardian must make or authorize the purchase and may be required to complete additional documentation.

Additional age or participation requirements may apply to particular in-person classes.

3. Purchases and Payments

Prices, payment options, course contents, class dates, and other offer details will be displayed on the applicable product, course, or registration page.

You agree to provide accurate and current billing and payment information when making a purchase.

When a payment plan is offered and selected, you agree to make all scheduled payments according to the payment terms presented at checkout.

A payment plan is a method of paying the total purchase price and should not be interpreted as a cancel-anytime subscription unless the applicable offer expressly states otherwise.

Failed or overdue payments may result in suspension of access to course materials or other services until the account is brought current, subject to applicable law and the terms of the applicable payment provider.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

All sales are final and non-refundable except where otherwise required by applicable law.

This applies to online courses, digital products, deposits, in-person classes, workshops, and other educational purchases unless a specific written offer expressly provides different terms.

Our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy provides additional details and is incorporated into these Terms.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review the applicable product or class details and our Refund & Cancellation Policy before purchasing.

5. Online Courses and Digital Products

Online courses and digital products are licensed to the purchaser for their individual use only unless Fablux expressly states otherwise in writing.

Your purchase does not transfer ownership of the course, curriculum, videos, downloads, templates, graphics, written materials, methods, or other intellectual property to you.

Course access is intended only for the individual who purchased or was properly enrolled in the course.

You may not share your login credentials or provide another person with unauthorized access to paid Fablux training.

The duration of course access, where applicable, will be stated on the relevant sales or checkout page. We do not promise lifetime access unless the applicable offer expressly states that lifetime access is included and defines what that means.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Fablux Wigs Academy owns or is authorized to use the educational content and materials provided through its courses, classes, website, and digital products.

This may include course videos, demonstrations, written materials, worksheets, guides, templates, presentations, graphics, photographs, training materials, course structure, and other original content.

Purchasing a Fablux product gives you a limited right to use the purchased educational materials for your own personal learning.

You may not, without prior written permission:

  • –Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or resell Fablux course materials;
  • –Upload paid course content to social media, video-sharing platforms, file-sharing websites, membership communities, or other public or private platforms;
  • –Share purchased downloads or course login credentials with others;
  • –Record or reproduce paid training for redistribution;
  • –Sell Fablux materials as your own;
  • –Remove copyright, branding, or proprietary notices from Fablux materials; or
  • –Use substantial portions of Fablux course materials to create or distribute unauthorized copies of our educational products.

Learning a wig-making skill from Fablux does not prevent you from using that skill in your own wig-making or beauty business. These restrictions apply to copying or distributing Fablux's protected educational materials, not to preventing students from practicing the skills they have learned.

7. In-Person Classes and Workshops

Students registering for an in-person Fablux class are responsible for reviewing the class description before purchasing, including the scheduled date, time, location, skill level, equipment requirements, supply requirements, and any prerequisites.

Students are responsible for arriving on time and bringing any equipment or supplies identified as their responsibility.

Travel, lodging, transportation, meals, parking, and other personal expenses are the student's responsibility unless the class description expressly states otherwise.

Failure to attend, late arrival, travel disruption, scheduling conflicts, or failure to meet stated requirements does not automatically entitle a student to a refund, transfer, or class credit.

Any transfer or rescheduling option is subject to the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy and any specific terms stated for that class.

8. Sewing Machines, Tools and Class Safety

Wig-making education may involve sewing machines, needles, scissors, heated styling tools, electrical equipment, and other tools commonly used in wig construction and beauty services.

Students participating in in-person training are expected to follow all safety instructions provided by the instructor, use equipment responsibly, and immediately notify the instructor if they do not understand how to safely perform an activity.

Students should not operate equipment in a manner contrary to the instructor's safety directions.

Where appropriate, Fablux may require participants to complete a separate class participation agreement, safety acknowledgment, or waiver before participating in an in-person class.

These Terms are not intended to replace any separate waiver or participation agreement.

9. Student Conduct

Fablux is committed to maintaining a professional and productive learning environment.

Students must treat instructors, staff, other students, venues, and equipment respectfully.

Fablux reserves the right to address disruptive, threatening, abusive, unsafe, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate conduct.

Serious violations may result in removal from a class or suspension or termination of course access, subject to applicable law.

Removal for a student's serious violation of these Terms does not automatically create a right to a refund.

10. Photos, Video and Recording

Students may not record, livestream, reproduce, or distribute substantial portions of paid Fablux instruction without prior permission.

Fablux may photograph or record portions of in-person classes for legitimate business, educational, or marketing purposes only in accordance with applicable law and any consent or release requirements.

Where participant likenesses, voices, testimonials, or identifiable student content will be used for marketing, Fablux may request a separate photo/video release or other appropriate consent.

Participation in a class should not be treated as blanket consent to every possible commercial use of a student's likeness.

11. Testimonials and Student Results

Testimonials, examples, student work, or other results displayed by Fablux represent the experiences of the individuals shown.

They should not be interpreted as a guarantee that every student will achieve the same result.

Skill development and business outcomes vary from person to person.

12. Business and Income Disclaimer

Fablux may provide educational information concerning pricing, marketing, selling wigs, content creation, customer experience, or operating a wig-related business.

This information is provided for educational purposes and does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, financial, or other individualized professional advice.

Fablux does not guarantee that participating in a course, following a strategy, or learning wig making will generate a particular amount of income, sales, customers, or profit.

You are responsible for your own business decisions and for obtaining professional advice when appropriate.

13. Technology and Third-Party Services

Our website, courses, payments, email communications, video hosting, and other services may rely on third-party platforms and service providers.

Temporary interruptions, maintenance, technical problems, or circumstances outside Fablux's reasonable control may occasionally affect access.

If you experience an access problem with a purchased course, please contact us so we can reasonably investigate and assist.

Third-party services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

14. Suspension or Termination of Access

Fablux may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary in response to serious violations of these Terms, including unauthorized distribution of paid materials, credential sharing, fraudulent activity, payment issues, or abusive or unsafe conduct.

Where appropriate, we may first contact the purchaser regarding the issue.

Termination resulting from a purchaser's material violation of these Terms does not automatically entitle the purchaser to a refund.

15. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information regarding our courses, classes, prices, schedules, and services.

Occasional typographical, technical, or administrative errors may occur.

We reserve the right to correct errors and update website information when reasonably necessary.

If a material error affects an existing purchase, we will address the situation consistent with applicable law.

16. Changes to Classes or Services

Fablux may occasionally need to modify a class schedule, instructor arrangement, venue, course platform, curriculum, or other operational details.

When a material change affects registered students, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate the change and provide any remedies required by applicable law or our stated policies.

If Fablux cancels an in-person class, the options available to affected students will be governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fablux Wigs Inc will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website, educational products, or services.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Because legal limitations on liability vary by jurisdiction, this section should be interpreted only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

18. Privacy

Your use of the website and our services is also subject to the Fablux Wigs Inc Privacy Policy.

Please review that policy to understand how personal information is collected, used, stored, and otherwise handled.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, policies, business practices, or legal requirements.

The current version will be posted on our website with an updated effective or “Last Updated” date.

Changes will not retroactively alter completed transactions where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

20. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

Any dispute-resolution or venue provisions should be completed after appropriate legal review.
