Your privacy
Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Fablux Wigs ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses and protects your information when you visit our website or use our services. We are committed to being clear and honest about how your data is handled.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us. When you submit an inquiry through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, mobile number, city and state, the learning option you are interested in, and any details you choose to share in your message.
When you register for our free sewing machine setup video or join our email list through Kit, Kit collects your first name and email address on our behalf. Kit is a third-party email marketing service and processes that data under its own privacy practices.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiries, share information about our wig making classes and online courses, send the free training you requested, and provide support as you learn with Fablux.
We do not sell your personal information.
Email Marketing
When you join our email list, we use Kit to send you the free video and occasional wig making education and updates. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message we send.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it. Google Analytics collects anonymous usage data such as pages visited and general location. It does not identify you personally.
Third-Party Services
Some features of our site connect to third-party services, each with its own privacy practices: Kit for email marketing, Calendly for booking consultation calls, Eventbrite for Atlanta class registration, and our external online course platform for course purchases. When you use these services, your information is handled under their respective privacy policies.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to support analytics and basic site functionality. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some features of the site.
How Long We Keep Your Data
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to your request and provide follow-up. You can ask us to update or remove your information at any time by contacting us.
Your Rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have shared with us. To make any of these requests, contact us using the details below.
Children's Privacy
Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page.
